	<strong>How often should I do pilates?</strong></div>

	We recommend that you set a schedule of 1-3x per week and keep it consistent to see the best results.</div>

	Don&rsquo;t forget, even once a week is better than none. Two, better than one, and three, even better than two! We encourage you to consider the time and budget you can invest in and start with the pace that you can pursue as a long term commitment.</div>

	Pilates is not the kind of exercise where your muscles would need significant recovery period. So basically you can do pilates everyday, if you want to.</div>

	<strong>I have scoliosis/herniated disc/osteoporosis. Can I still do pilates?</strong></div>
<div>
	Yes you can, and you should, as long as your doctor gives you the permission to. In fact, most of our clients suffer from such special conditions and are specifically forwarded to our studio by their doctors. Our instructors are specially trained for such special population protocols. Through strengthening and improving the flexibility of the muscle, and helping you adopt a healthier way of movement in your daily life; pilates can help improve your condition.</div>

	<strong>How long are the sessions?</strong></div>
<div>
	Sessions last 50 minutes and they start on the hour. We encourage you to arrive in time for your sessions to avoid missing out on your workout time.</div>

	<strong>What equipments are used?</strong></div>
<div>
	In our studio we use classical pilates equipments like reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel; as well as other innovative equipments like Konnektor&reg; and CoreAlign&reg;. Not to mention that we love mat work, too!</div>

	Other props we use include magic circles, resistance bands, foam rollers, yoga blocks, etc.</div>

	<strong>What are your studio hours?</strong></div>

	7:00am - 7:00pm Monday thru Friday</div>

	8:00am - 2:00pm Saturday</div>

	The studio is closed on Sundays.</div>

	<strong>What should I bring with me?</strong></div>
<div>
	Just yourself and a positive attitude! We provide the mats, props, lockers, showers, toiletries and water.</div>

	<strong>How should I dress for pilates?</strong></div>
<div>
	Dress comfortably. T-shirts, tank tops, and yoga pants are the best. Pilates is performed without shoes and with or without socks.</div>

	<strong>Do you have a changing room, lockers and showers?</strong></div>
<div>
	Yes. The studio has changing rooms for men and women with lockers. Private showers toiletries and fresh towels are also provided.</div>

	<strong>Should I arrive early?</strong></div>
<div>

	<strong>Do you have parking?</strong></div>
<div>
	We do not have on-site parking. Free street parking is available however it is unlikely to find a free spot throughout the day. We recommend using nearby parking lots, which are within one block distance.</div>

	<strong>What is your cancellation and refund policy?</strong></div>
<div>
	We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged the full session rate. In cases of sickness though, we waive this policy.</div>

	Refunds are possible in cases of long term injuries documented by medical reports.</div>

	<strong>Can I re-schedule?</strong></div>
<div>
	You are free to re-schedule your upcoming session if you need to. Re-scheduling within the same day of session is also possible however it is subject to the availability of the studio/instructor&rsquo;s free hours.</div>

	<strong>Do you sell individual sessions or offer packages?</strong></div>
<div>
	We offer both. You can either buy your sessions one-by-one, or choose between our 6, 12 and 24 session packages. Please contact for prices.</div>

	<strong>Do packages have an expiration date?</strong></div>
<div>
	Yes, they do.</div>
<div>
	6 session packages have an expiration of 6 weeks from the date of purchase.</div>

	12 session packages have an expiration of 12 weeks from the date of purchase.</div>

	In cases of long term injuries documented by medical reports we do freeze your packages until you are back.</div>
